Or you can contact Rockstar Support. The following emails are helpful:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>copyright@take2games.com (TakeTwo Legal Department)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support@rockstargames.com (Rockstar Games Support)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/us\/cshelp\/contact-us\" target=\"_blank\" type=\"URL\" id=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/lu\/smarthelp\/contact-us\/aupviolation\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Also report the shops opened by servers directly to PayPal.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GTA RP servers are tolerated by Rockstar \u2013 but...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>But not NFT, cryptocurrencies and loot boxes!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to Twitch, the new role-playing servers are particularly popular with GTA players. <a href=\"https:\/\/five-rp.de\/en\/fivem-entwickler\/\" id=\"105\">developer<\/a> of the game (and Take Two Interactive) have now adjusted their rules for these special servers. The company stated that it allows and supports the RP servers for GTA Online. However, a limit should be drawn at &quot;commercial exploitation&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many servers, including GrandRP, use GTA 5 to make money. Rockstar wrote that this was not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A server has already been closed (No joke!)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Rockstar has reportedly forced Lil Durk to shut down his GTA Role Play server \u201cTrenches\u201d\u203c\ufe0f? <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/eMlJCGVjUi\">pic.twitter.com\/eMlJCGVjUi<\/a><\/p>\u2014 RapTV (@Rap) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Rap\/status\/1594467596891570177?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">November 20, 2022<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rockstar now bans \u201ccommercial use\u201d of RP servers <strong>the following is prohibited:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selling loot boxes for real money currency (EURO\/DOLLAR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the sale of cryptocurrencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate revenue through promotions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the use of cryptocurrencies or crypto assets (e.g. NFTs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servers are also prohibited from misusing Rockstar&#039;s intellectual property or interfering with official role-playing servers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So what is the situation now?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">role-playing server (<a href=\"https:\/\/five-rp.de\/en\/gta-rp\/\" id=\"51\">&quot;GTA RP&quot;<\/a>) is extremely popular worldwide and has made the 9-year-old GTA 5 the new hit game on Twitch in recent years. However, servers that sell items or collect money (donations) are prohibited, even if that money is used for costs.
