Step 1: Unzip the file with a program like 7zip or WinRAR.
Step 2: Copy the folder luxury bungalow in your resources Folder.
Step 3: Open your server.cfg and add the start command start luxury_bungalow added.

Single Player (SP) Installation

Step 1: Unzip the file with a program like 7zip or WinRAR.
Step 2: Move the folder luxury_bungalow_sp in the directory mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
Step 3: Open the file dlclist.xml in the directory mods/update.rpf/common/data and add dlcpacks:/luxus_bungalow_sp/ added.
