Starter package

The starter package is free and is aimed at non-commercial users with a TeamSpeak server and up to 100 simultaneous users (Concurrent Users, CU). This option is perfect for smaller communities or development projects looking for a stable and efficient communication platform without incurring costs.

Community package

For larger communities, the community package offers access for up to 999 CU on a TeamSpeak server for €5.99 per month (including 19% VAT). This model is also intended for non-commercial purposes and supports larger groups of players who require reliable voice communication.

The commercial package

The commercial package is aimed at both commercial and non-commercial users who need an unlimited number of CU on their TeamSpeak server. For €17.79 per month (including 19% VAT), users get access to a scalable solution that is ideal for large online communities and commercial projects.

CU stands for Concurrent User and refers to the number of users active in the in-game channel at the same time, not the total number of users on the TeamSpeak server. This counting method helps to better align costs with actual usage.

Commercial activities include the sale of goods, in-game items or skins, as well as any form of monetary transaction in which donors receive something in return (e.g. a donor rank). Donations can also be considered commercial activities under certain circumstances.

The introduction of licenses allows Saltychat to cover development costs and infrastructure expenses. Users who actively contribute to the project can request a free license to acknowledge their support.

Support is primarily provided by the community on Saltychat's Discord server. For personal support, users can contact Saltychat via email to receive a quote. In addition, Saltychat offers paid services for installing and optimizing their open source resources, as well as general advice and support.
